Cadets and families,

 

Welcome to 104 “Starfighter” Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron!

 

It is time to jump into another exciting training year. Our staff have worked tirelessly to ensure that you receive memorable, dynamic, and unique experiences during your time as an air cadet. We have made some changes to how the Squadron will operate over the next year, so stay tuned on how our senior and cadet leadership teams will work collaboratively for our success.

 

As the Commanding Officer, I remain committed to our continued growth in this program, and hold all people accountable for their actions and behaviour. We are a supportive organization, which offers countless opportunities to youth who push their boundaries, welcome challenges, and support their peers. Our staff shall remain vigilant in recognizing this success.

 

Have a terrific training year, and do not be afraid to bend or break your limits as you continue to rise as a leader amongst your peers.
