About Us
Brantford's 104 Starfighter Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron is an organization for youth aged 12-18 in Brantford and Brant County, offering an incredible range of core activities at no cost to families.
In this peer-led program, the leaders of tomorrow are educated and challenged weekly. Some are aspiring to become pilots, but all are becoming better leaders. Are you ready for your challenge?
What Cadets Do

Aviation
If you’ve ever dreamed of flying, the Air Cadets let you dive right in! Cadets get to learn all about the principles of flight, airplanes, airports and aerodromes, weather, navigation, space and more. Some even earn their glider or pilot’s license! It’s the perfect way to fuel your passion for aviation—and maybe even kickstart a future career!

Lead & Make a Difference
You’ll learn to lead, work as a team, instruct other cadets, march in parades, and help our community. Cadets get a chance to learn public speaking, plan events, and represent the squadron. It’s a fun way to build confidence, meet friends, and help your community.

Adventure, Fitness & Fun
With regular sports, fitness challenges, opportunities to learn music, marksmanship and more, Air Cadets keep things moving, exciting and fun. Whether at weekly training, a holiday event, weekend camping trip or a summer course, you’ll push your limits and pick up great skills along the way. Plus, you’ll create amazing memories and friendships that last a lifetime!
