Summer Training
For many cadets, participating in summer training is the highlight of their year. The many diverse training opportunities offered during the summer months...the perfect occasion to make friends for life during experiences youth will never forget.
Applications for summer Cadet Training Centre (CTC) courses usually open in winter, with offers to successful applicants sent out in the spring. There is no cost to apply or attend, and in fact, course cadets can even earn a training stipend (allowance) while attending camp, and over the age of sixteen staff cadets can apply for summer employment at a CTC.
In-person Summer Courses
Courses offered to cadets who have completed their second year of training, or higher, hosted at Cadet Training Centres. Courses range in length from 2-7 weeks and take place at CTC locations across the country.
Technology and Digital Learning Centre (TDLC)
Cadets can engage in digital learning from home, taking e-learning courses with other cadets from across the country.
Staff Cadet Employment Opportunities
Cadets sixteen and older may also apply for positions as staff cadets at CTCs, the TDLC and Digital Internships in a variety of positions.
